OmniCut - the editor

OmniCut is a real multi-track timeline editor that runs entirely in the browser:

Trim, split, and layer video, audio, text and images on a multi-track timeline.
Transforms, masks and keyframes for movement; color wheels and filters for grading; speed ramps and fades.
Auto-captions - one click transcribes the clip and burns styled captions.
Export a finished MP4, or hand off to Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve as an FCP7 XML + SRT package with your cuts and captions intact.

The fastest path from clipper to editor is the "Open in OmniCut" button on any clip card - it carries the clip straight onto a new timeline.

OmniManager keeps multi-video, multi-client work organized:

Workspaces & projects - group work by client or channel, with milestones and task boards.
