Getting started
From zero to a batch of ready-to-post vertical clips in a few minutes - no download, no card, and you can try it before creating an account.
Try it without an account
The landing page lets you run the clipper on a real video before signing up: paste a YouTube link (up to 20 minutes) and watch the pipeline transcribe it, pick the strongest moments, and render vertical clips with captions. You can preview your trial clips right on the page; downloading them is where the free account comes in - sign up and your trial clips move into your new library automatically.
Create your account
One free signup covers all three apps - the clipper, the
OmniCut editor and OmniManager.
No credit card. Free renders carry a small omnichrome.net
watermark; see Plans & billing for what the
paid tiers add.
Your first clip job
- Open the composer. From the dashboard, choose whether to paste a link or upload a file (MP4, MKV, WebM or MOV).
- Pick a mode. Topics is the best default - it finds the strongest self-contained discussion moments and captions them. See Clip modes for the others.
- (Optional) steer the AI. Open advanced options and tell it what you want in plain English - "only clip the cooking segments", "keep titles professional". Details in AI instructions.
- Submit and watch the progress bar. Downloading, transcribing, selecting and rendering each report progress on the project card. Long videos take longer - you can leave the page and come back.
- Review your clips. Finished clips appear ranked under the project with titles, descriptions and hashtags already drafted. Download them, restyle the captions, open one in OmniCut for a final polish, or schedule it straight to a connected account.
Where things live
- Projects - every submitted video is a project card with its clips, transcript and status.
- Clips - your library of rendered clips, each with editable publish metadata.
- Settings - plan & billing, connected accounts for auto-posting, and saved AI instructions.
